CelluBOR Spray


CelluBOR Spray is a boron-based cellulosic material which used of thermal, sound and fire insulator. Thanks to pouring, blow-filling and special spraying machines, CelluBOR can be applied to all kinds of surfaces easily. 

CelluBOR can breath owing to its porous structure. Producing the material entirely from natural materials ensures that the performance of the product remains constant throughout its lifetime. There is no volumetric loss and no deterioration in terms of thermal, sound and fire insulation. 

CelluBOR has the possibility to be applied on every surface at desired thickness and density. During its application no gap is left which prevents the formation of thermal and sound bridges. 



CelluBOR Spray is applied to all kinds of surfaces in open and closed areas and it provides thermal, sound and moisture insulation. The application is completed without the need for any fixing material. It has same lifetime with the life of the structure.

The chemicals which are boron minerals contained in the CelluBOR Spray are not toxic. It's not harmful for the skin. Thanks to its boron components, CelluBOR Spray is anti-bacterial, without pests and rodents. CelluBOR Spray is free of ammonia based material, glass wool, rock wool and asbestos. 

CelluBOR cellulose wool is completely environmentally friendly. The assesment of waste paper contributes to the country's economy. 

CelluBOR has the possibility of application on any surface at the desired thickness and density. Since the spraying method is monolithic, it prevents formation of any thermal and sound bridge. The  application efficiency is very high due to no leakage on the insulation surface.

It is a  good thermal insulation performance because of low thermal conductivity coefficient. CelluBOR thermal conductivity coefficient value is: 0.037 W / m.K. The value is not affected by density variation and temperature changes. The R value, expressed as resistance of components and insulation materials againts heat transfer, is an important criterion for selecting materials. The heat conductivity resistance  (R value) of CelluBOR is 1.35 m2 K / W at 50 mm thickness. It is temperature independent. 

CelluBOR absorbs sounds due to its flexible and soft structure. Its irregular and fiber textured structure (high surface weight and porous structure) prevents reverberation and tinnitus. When used with appropriate components and applied in appropriate thickness, the CelluBOR system has the ability to absorb sounds up to 70 dB of noise. Acoustically the sound absorbing feature is perfect. Its sound absorption coefficient is 1,0, which corresponds to class A. 

The density can range from 15 to 150 kg / m 3 . Standard application density is 50 kg / m3.

There is no volumetric loss and no deterioration in the values ​​of thermal, sound and fire insulation. It is completely natural, it does not contain a carcinogenic chemical compound. It does not deteriorate with time, does not rot, does not corrode and rust. It can not be destroyed by insects and micro organisms. It does not cause choking or mold due to its breathable structure.

  • CelluBOR Spray must be protected against water contact directly and continuously after the insulation material is applied. 

  • The application areas should be cleaned beforehand.

  • The spraying method should not be applied at temperatures below the freezing point.

  • It is recommended to treat exposed surfaces with CelluBOR Surface Hardener, If the insulation surface will remain in open areas

  • The CelluBOR Surface Hardener can also be used to color the exposed surfaces.

  • CelluBOR adherence enhancing primer should be used before spraying to increase surface adherence in ceiling applications.
