New City residences, completed between 2011 and 2013, are located in Ünalan, a housing estate consisting of 300 apartments consisting of 7 blocks. CelluBOR is preferred for the sound insulation of waste water pipes in the thermal and sound insulation of the roofs of the project, which consists of 80.000 m² of total construction area.
